These terms set the conditions and procedures for using the online shopping services provided by PLAI Mall.
2. Service Use
Users may use the service through a PLAIFOR integrated account or Mall account and must provide accurate information.
3. Orders and Payments
Purchases are requested by selecting products, entering order information, confirming terms, and choosing a payment method. Approval may be limited for false information or payment errors.
4. Delivery, Cancellation, Exchange, Refund
Delivery, cancellation, exchange, and refund follow applicable law and seller policies. Users should also check notices on product and order pages.
5. User Obligations
Using another person’s account, entering false information, disrupting the service, infringing intellectual property, or posting illegal information is prohibited.
6. Mall Responsibilities
PLAI Mall works to provide stable service and protect personal information. For seller transactions, it fulfills its legal duties as an e-commerce intermediary.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first handled through Support. If needed, users may use mediation procedures through relevant institutions.
